. Depending on the needs of the client, our insight team works together to conduct both primary and secondary research. We rely on findings from reputable databases and news sources, such as Mintel, Factiva, SimplyAnalytics and Business Source Premier.
After conducting research, the insights team builds all surveys using Qualtrics. We collaborate to build surveys that provide us with a direct look into our clients’ target audience and ultimately help us form key takeaways.
Members of the insights team track our clients’ engagement levels with various demographics by recording data from social media analytics. By keeping a close eye on the performance of every post, campaign and project, the insights team is able to constantly provide client teams with ways to improve the customer experience.
After gathering findings, we analyze them as a team. The insight team is able to translate data into key takeaways that are easy to understand, concise and inspire action.
